Microblading

Microblading is a manual technique used to create the appearance of brow hairs. This yields a realistic and natural result that can give the brow a fuller appearance. This technique enables us to create crisp, fine “hair” strokes that can help to fill in thin brows or brows with bald spots. It also allows us to create total brow reconstruction for those who have completely bare brows and/or have been impacted by a condition that has reduced or eliminated their brow hair growth. Microblading is done with a handheld tool creating many hair-like impressions by implanting pigment under the skin. The purpose of microblading is to fill in sparse eyebrows with individual hair-like strokes and to create a natural eyebrow look.

Ombré Powder

The Ombre Powder is a machine technique which achieves a natural soft powder look. By brushing the skin with a single needle, we build the pigment layer by layer, producing a gradient of color from dark to light. This mimics the natural color progression of the brow from the tail and the core to the bulb.

Ombre is a technique that is less selective in terms of ideal candidacy and can be more successful for those with oily/acne prone skin, aging skin, sensitive skin, and even those who have had previous permanent makeup.

Combo Brows

Get the best of both worlds with this amazing technique! The combo brow combines the hair strokes of microblading with the shading of Ombre. This achieves the most natural look possible for the brow with more of a 3D effect.

This technique is good for those who have particular emptiness in their brows or patchy spots, and/or for those who just want a fuller-looking brow.

All brows are customized specifically for each individual client based on your desired look, skin type, colouring, bone structure etc. There are no two clients with the same brow design!

STEP 1

STEP 2

DURING CONSULTATION

During consultation we will discuss the procedure in detail, your skin type, your medical history any possible contraindications, your eyebrow shape and color preference.

Based on all that, we will recommend the appropriate application technique and draw your eyebrows so you'll get a good idea how the finished result will look like.

We will talk about pre and post care instructions so you are informed and ready for your appointment.

STEP 3

PROCEDURE

1. Prior to the procedure we will shape and customize your brows to a size and shape that compliments your facial features and brings out your eyes. We will also select a color that best matches your natural complexion and skin tone baring in mind undertones and skin conditions.

2. Topical anesthetics are applied before and during the procedure to keep pain and discomfort to a minimum.

3. The procedure requires approximately two and half hours and there is no “down time”

4. You will be provided with after care products and instructions and we will schedule you for your six weeks touch up appointment.

STEP 4

SIX WEEKS TOUCH UP

The touch up appointment should be done 6 weeks after the initial procedure. During the session we will fill in the areas where the pigment didn't retain. It will take approximately 1.5 hours.

Additional Touch Ups

After the initial and six weeks touch up appointment, touch ups are recommended yearly to maintain crispness of the strokes, or the color intensity of your brows.
